1. What does it cost me as the sender?
There is no charge to create or store your MMS, Ringtone, Video messages. However, there is a charge for delivering your messages. For content providers who want to sell their content, there is no charge for delivering the messages. All message fees are included in the revenue share .
2. What does it cost the recipient?
The recipient will always get charged their standard messaging and data rates by their carrier. This is based on their country and plan.
3. Why didn’t someone receive my message?
Not all phones can receive SMS or MMS due to the data plan, network, or type of phone.
4. Do I have to make my content "Public" to send it?
No. You can keep your content Private (the default setting) and at your convenience send it to anyone you want by entering their phone number.
5. Can I send a ringtone directly to my friends or fans?
No. You may only send ringtones to your own phone. You can publish ringtones if you own the rights to it.
6. What does a premium charge look like on a phone bill?
Every carrier is different but the charge will generally appear with the name "Cellyspace".
7. Are there any hidden charges?
There are never any hidden charges. Premium recipients will be asked to positively confirm their purchase by replying Y before any charges occur on their phone bill.
8. How can you guarantee that my content was successfully delivered to my recipient?
We receive message delivery receipts from many carrier networks around the world to ensure messages are delivered properly. We also implement content download tracking technology as an additional layer to ensure your account is only charged for messages that are delivered properly and timely.
9. Will you provide me with the phone numbers of my customers so I can send them other offers?
No we will not provide you with any mobile phone numbers. This is against policy and is also considered spamming. Without the express permission of a user, you may not solicit or message any subscriber. To obtain their express permission, you may create an SMS/MMS Alert and ask a subscriber to "opt-in". With SMS/MMS Alerts you can send offers as frequently as you like.
10. Will you provide me with the phone numbers of my opt-in Broadcast Alert customers if I request them?
Yes. Your standard rated opt-in subscriber list can be exported to Excel for a fee if you wish to change service providers. After you have exported a subscriber list you may not continue to use that service on our website. Your premium opt-in subscriber lists cannot be exported.
11. Can I send to US carriers that are not listed like MetroPCS, Virgin or Boost Mobile?
No. We are working to add more supported US carriers and phones every day.
12. How do I stop receiving Broadcast Alerts?
To stop receiving a Broadcast Alert you need to text or reply STOP ALL to the message.
13. How do I download and save a ringtone?

14. What if I am offended by inappropriate content that someone has published using the composer tools?
We take content abuse very seriously. If you have a concern about published content, please report it to us immediately using our online “Content Abuse” form, providing as much detailed information as possible.
